Many employers and organizations have tuition assistance programs for their employees. The amount of tuition reimbursement available through your employer may be deferred until course completion. However, deferred tuition must be submitted to the Student Financial Services office no later than four weeks after grades are issued. To be eligible for this benefit, students must complete an “Employer Tuition Benefit Application” that requires a signature from your employer confirming your benefit eligibility and terms. Upon approval from the College, the application will remain the property of Cedar Crest College. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the College as to any change in employment or benefits.
Students must complete a "Tuition Deferment Form" for each semester. The Tuition Deferment Form and the student’s portion of the tuition, if any, are due by the tuition due date. The student is responsible for payment in full of all tuition, whether or not reimbursement is ever received from the employer. The forms are available here.
You could be eligible for tuition discounts. Find out if your employer is one of our partners.
