The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to servicing the Cedar Crest College community. Services include creating, maintaining and transmitting academic records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), scheduling rooms, classes, students, and final examinations, evaluating transfer credit, auditing degree progress and completion, coordinating Veteran's benefits, and issuing academic transcripts and diplomas.  The Registrar is a member of AACRAO, The American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.  For more information, visit www.aacrao.org

Information for Veterans

Please contact the Registrar’s Office with any questions about coordinating VA benefits.

Compliance with Section 1018 Public Law 116-315 Isakson & Roe, Veterans Health Care and Improvement Act of 2020:

Cedar Crest College must provide Veterans applying to the College with a personalized shopping sheet. Personalized shopping sheets must be provided within 15 days after tuition and fees are determined for the academic year if there is a change. For more information, contact the Registrar’s Office or Student Financial Services.

Scheduling Rooms

 To reserve a classroom through the Registrar's office you must email your request to registrar@cedarcrest.edu. Include the following information:

  • Your name and phone number
  • The name of the event for the room
  • The time and dates that you would like a room.
  • Your building and room preference (more than one preference is helpful in case your first choice is not available.)
  • Include what type of room and how many seats needed.

Auditing Degree Progress

The Registrar's Office evaluates a student's general education requirements, including total credits required, grade point average, and graduation honors information. To request a graduation or LAC (Liberal Arts Curriculum) audit, please submit your name and ID number to the Registrar's Office. The audit will be sent to you by email.

Academic Transcripts

We are very excited to announce that you are now able to request official transcripts using Parchment. Parchment is one of the leading credential platforms and is well known for its swift and efficient transcript delivery processes. Transcripts processed through Parchment are securely encrypted and can be sent electronically or by mail to the institution or address that you provide. In addition to this, you can now view and monitor the status of your transcript request to ensure its delivery. All transcript orders going forward, including on-demand, overnight, and international, will now be processed using Parchment. The Registrar’s Office will no longer be accepting the transcript request form or any payment information for transcripts.

You will have the ability to access the Parchment ordering portal on My Cedar Crest as well as on this page.

Please note that your transcript will not be released if you have outstanding financial obligations to the college.
