Community Forms

Volunteer Opportunity Profiles Form – This form is intended to enable community agencies to put their needs in writing so that we can help to match the needs of the community to the abilities of an interested student.

Special Event Announcement Form – This form will enable community agencies to advertise special one-time projects to our students.  Events could include anniversary activities, festivals, walk-a-thons, fundraisers, and any other special events.  These announcements will be placed in our monthly newsletter, listed on our website and distributed to clubs and residence halls.
